JOB: AD SALES, ONLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect advertising opportunities, through cold calling and/or drawing upon existing industry contacts.
  • Expand relationships by reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities for ad partners to improve economics and value of the relationship.
  • Manage all communications and negotiations.
  • Assure proper delivery, implementation and optimization of campaigns.
  • Act as liaison on all service, payment, reporting, and product related issues.
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’ to bring new and compelling business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of online ad sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc).
  • Experience identifying and closing new advertising opportunities.
  • Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.
  • Proven success in developing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently or cross functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • BS/BA degree required.
