As our Field Marketing Manager based in our BARTable San Leandro, CA headquarters, you will help lead TriNet’s expansion of its outsourced Human Capital offerings into the Southwest region. This position offers the opportunity to continue a productive relationship between marketing and sales and help drive sales. You will partner with the regional General Manager as well as the Manager of Marketing Programs to develop and execute regional strategies to help sales and marketing meet their aggressive revenue and lead generation targets and increase market share in your respective markets. Preferred qualities include familiarity working within marketing departments for B2B service companies, developing lead generation campaigns, formulating strategic regional plans to support sales, experience working alongside and supporting sales teams, a diverse marketing background, flexibility and a sense of humor. As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation – In conjunction with the Regional General Manager:
- Develop and execute a variety of lead-generation campaigns for TriNet including emails, mail drops, viral marketing, etc. - Determine characteristics of local markets to generate segmented marketing campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate local Affinity partnerships as a source of lead generation.
- Manage Marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including campaign analysis, and production of detailed reports on campaign performance,
conversion rates and ROI.

Sales Support – In conjunction with Corporate Marketing:
- Provide market trends and industry insight to the Sales team.
- Work with the Telemarketing team to develop list generation needs.
- Work with the sales team to provide content to develop outstanding sales materials.
- Prepare support materials to Sales team, including: PowerPoint presentations, website copy, department brochures, customer success stories, press announcements, etc.

Marketing Events – In conjunction with Marketing Coordinator and Sales Administrator:
- Coordinate, plan and execute regional event participation, including messaging, travel and seeking new opportunities for show awareness.

Internet Marketing – In conjunction with Corporate Marketing:
- Work closely with Internet Marketing Manager to utilize online marketing tools for campaign effectiveness.
Assist with evaluation of search engine campaign effectiveness to continuously improve results.

Additional Duties:
- Assist in creation of corporate sales tools including: collateral, customer success stories, content for our web site, presentation materials, advertising strategy & execution.
- Contribute and disseminates competitive intelligence updates to Regional Sales Team.
- Contribute to the PR efforts of the marketing and communications team.
- Frequently work independently on marketing activities. Project manage medium/large marketing initiatives, under the direction of the Manager of Marketing Programs.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and corporate marketing to communicate national marketing activities, product developments and market data intelligence.
- Understand market conditions and the potential opportunities to protect and expand TriNet’s current market share including interaction with customers.
- Develop different Marketing tactics to support traditional market segmentation strategies (behavior, geographic, etc).
- Manage and accountable for RMF (Regional Marketing Fund) budget.
